Admission Policy

Elements of social infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and embankments are indispensable for making our global and living environments safe and secure. The School of Environmental Design defines “environment” as the whole environment that contains all of the elements surrounding us, including living conditions and social infrastructure. Based on that definition, it provides instruction and conducts research on issues related to environment, using a practical, comprehensive approach. We welcome students who are interested in the examination and analysis of various natural, human and social environments from the global environment to conditions of daily life, as well as in the planning of a secure and comfortable country, social structure and urban environment, and who have, in addition to a love of learning, some of the following characteristics:
